Effective date: 1 October 2026
Parties and scope
These terms govern use of the Wexcy website, accounts, and platform. The service provider is KANCY SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY LTD. In these terms, “Wexcy,” “we,” and “us” refer to that provider.
Registered address: Care of: GRANTTAX ACCOUNTING, 8-1521 TRINITY DR, MISSISSAUGA, ON L5T 1P6, Canada.
You may use Wexcy for personal, non-commercial purposes or for an organization's business. You must have the legal capacity required to use the service. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it to these terms and to the actions you take for it.
These terms govern your relationship with Wexcy. Purchases from an organization using Wexcy are governed by your relationship with that organization and its terms. Hosting its website or store does not, by itself, make Wexcy the seller of its products or services.
Accounts and sign-in
Provide accurate information to create and manage your account, and update it when it changes. Keep your sign-in methods secure and do not allow them to be used to access information without authorization. Report suspected unauthorized use through sales@wexcy.com.
If you choose Google sign-in, that account's identity is used to sign in to Wexcy as described in the Privacy Policy. Changing your Google account or revoking permission there does not automatically close your Wexcy account or delete its records.
Organizations, roles, and permissions
Your account may access several organizations with different roles. Permissions are set independently for each organization. A permission in one organization does not grant access to another.
The organization is responsible for managing team access and for instructions issued by its authorized users within their work, subject to applicable law. Administrators should review roles when team members or responsibilities change. Every action you take within an organization must be within your authority.
Platform functions and outputs
The scope of your service depends on the plan or agreement you choose, the organization's settings, and your account permissions. Some connections and external services may have additional terms presented when they are used.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and instructions you provide and for reviewing results before using them in decisions, transactions, or published content. AI outputs may contain errors or incomplete information. They are not certified legal, accounting, or other professional advice and do not replace verification appropriate to the task.
Before enabling automation or delegating an action to an agent, review the scope of the authorization, permissions, and possible effects.
Content and intellectual property
You or the relevant rights holder retain ownership of content you enter into Wexcy. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, and deliver that content to the extent needed to provide the service you request, including through providers engaged to deliver it.
The license is limited to providing the service and to the period needed for that purpose and lawful retention described in the Privacy Policy. It does not transfer ownership of your content to us or grant a general right to use it for advertising or AI-model training. We do not send users' data to an external AI service provider.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for the content and information you provide. Wexcy's software, brand, and materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Using the service does not transfer their ownership to you.
Acceptable use
Use Wexcy lawfully and respect others' rights. You must not access accounts or organizations without authorization, disrupt the service or its security, commit fraud, impersonate others, distribute malicious software, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or send unlawful messages.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the activity and content you manage through the platform and for obtaining the permissions and licenses your activity requires.
External services
When you choose or connect an external service, its provider's terms and privacy policy may apply. Review the connection's scope, required information, fees, and terms before enabling it.
An external service's interruption or changes may affect the function that relies on it. Wexcy remains responsible for its own obligations under the agreement and applicable law. This paragraph does not create a blanket exclusion of responsibility.
Plans and charges
Free account creation does not mean that all Wexcy functions and services are free. Before you purchase a paid service, you are shown the applicable price, currency, taxes, billing cycle, and renewal, cancellation, and refund terms.
Terms you accept when purchasing a plan or service form part of the agreement for that purchase, without removing rights that the law does not allow you to waive.
Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service, subject to the terms of any paid plan you choose. Before closing an account on which an organization relies, retain the information you need and arrange for its administration to continue.
We may restrict, suspend, or end access for a material breach of these terms, a security risk, or a legal obligation, in a manner proportionate to the reason. We notify you of the reason and any available way to address the issue when doing so is possible and lawful. Immediate action may be needed to protect the service or others. You may contact sales@wexcy.com about an action taken.
Ending your role in one organization does not necessarily end your membership in another. Retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy. Rights and obligations that by their nature continue after use ends remain in effect.
Service limits and responsibility
The service may be affected by faults, maintenance, or interruptions to services on which it relies. These terms do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular business result. A specific service-level or support commitment is stated in the agreement governing it.
Each party bears the responsibility assigned by law and the agreement for its own actions and obligations. These terms do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
Privacy, changes, and contact
The Privacy Policy describes how personal information is processed. Additional terms may apply to a particular service or plan if they are presented to you and accepted where required.
We may update these terms and publish the new version and its effective date. We provide appropriate notice of material changes according to their nature and applicable law, and obtain your acceptance when required. Silence alone does not constitute acceptance where the law requires express agreement.
The Arabic and English versions are intended to have the same meaning. The relationship arising from use of the service is subject to applicable law and jurisdiction rules, with mandatory protections preserved. For service questions or contractual notices, contact KANCY SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY LTD. through sales@wexcy.com.
