SELL ACROSS YOUR CHANNELS
Bring online-store orders and orders created by your team into Wexcy with their channel and sales details intact. Give the people handling the sale a clear record to follow.

Imagine a homeware business receiving two separate orders for the same sand-coloured vase. One customer orders through the online store. A colleague creates the other order after speaking with a customer. Each order keeps its own channel reference.
The customer selects the vase and quantity in the storefront. The configured order path checks the cart and applicable stock requirements before creating the order.
A colleague records the selected product variant, quantity and customer details, and selects the appropriate commerce channel. The conversation does not create the order automatically.
SALES CHANNEL FAQ
Orders retain a commerce channel and a source type. The administrative order query supports filtering by these fields, helping your team review the relevant orders.
No. Channel configuration identifies the sales context inside Wexcy. An external platform requires its own supported connection and setup; a channel record alone does not import its orders.
Do not assume that. A commerce channel has a warehouse reference, and the customer order path uses that configuration for applicable stock checks. Review the warehouse and order setup for the paths you use.
No. Order, financial and fulfillment states are separate. Review the relevant state before treating an order as paid or fulfilled.
