WEXCY FOR STARTUPS

Give your business a clear place to begin.

Tell customers what you offer, collect the details you need, and give your team clear responsibilities. Build your first customer experience around work you can keep organized.

What happens after someone shows interest?

Consider a small design studio inviting its first project inquiries. Its website explains the offer. A form records the request. The team decides who follows up.

Example: a design studio's first project inquiry

Make the first contact useful

  • Explain the service: what you design, who it is for, and what a prospective customer should tell you.
  • Ask for a name, contact details, project type, and a short description. Choose questions that help your team understand the request.
  • Keep the explanation in the language your customer reads. Localized content needs its own wording and review.

Decide who takes it forward

  • Review the submitted details before treating the inquiry as an agreed project.
  • Assign a follow-up task to a person or role and record what was completed.
  • Review the team member's access separately within the organization. Owning a task does not itself grant permissions.

A saved inquiry is a record to review. It does not by itself confirm a booking, create a sale, or guarantee that a follow-up action ran.
