- Note the page or area you were using and the relevant organization, without including confidential records.
- What you did
- Describe the steps immediately before the issue appeared.
- What you saw
- Describe the result or the exact error message, removing any sensitive information.
- What you expected
- Explain what you expected to happen instead.
Do not include passwords, verification codes, API keys, payment details or unnecessary customer data. Redact sensitive information from screenshots before sharing them.
